Returns
Free Returns on First Order: We offer free returns on your first order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your garden beds for a full refund. After that, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Unless we are in error, we do not refund the fee from the selected shipping method included in your order total. You may send back the item(s) through a carrier of your choice.

Product Condition: Please ensure that the garden beds are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns if the items do not meet these criteria or in non-salable condition. The customer will be notified via email and no refund will be given. A non-salable condition includes, but is not limited to, items that have been cut, marked, soiled, or wrinkled, or items that have absorbed a strong odor.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Exchanges
Exchange Option: If you prefer an exchange, we'll be happy to help. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll assist you in exchanging your garden beds for a different size or style.
Exchange Eligibility: Like returns, exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging. We'll arrange for the exchange process once we confirm the eligibility of the items.
Additional Information:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective garden beds, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, and handle the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days after receiving the returned items.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item(s) of their order upon receipt to ensure any issues can be resolved within the 30 day window.

Please do not send your return items to the sender's address on your package. This is not the address for return and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact us to confirm the return address.
